We want you to love everything you purchase from Naturavera. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Love it, exchange it, or receive a refund—it’s that simple.

Returns & Exchanges

Naturavera accepts returns or exchanges on unopened, unused, full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Processing

Shipping Rates Naturavera offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 per order for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different shipping rates, which are calculated separately at checkout.

The flat rate applies once per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within one business day. Processing time does not include transit time, and delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Holiday Closures

Naturavera is closed on holidays. Orders are not processed on holidays, and processing will resume on the next business day.

Personalized Orders

Personalized orders will require additional preparation time. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update.

Damaged During Shipping

We take great care in preparing your order, but occasionally packages can be damaged during transit. If your Naturavera purchase arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@natura-vera.com and include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Please Note

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, used, opened, burned, or otherwise altered products cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale, clearance, and discontinued items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
